Thank goodness for cruelty-free brands. When I actually took the time to slow down, I realized a ton of the small products that I used to buy regularly were either harmful to me, or harmful to animals. I had always tried to buy products that were organic, but I never thought of the greater damage of what happens in the facilities that I would buy other products from. No harm, no foul every once and awhile--right? Wrong.
Too many facilities test on animals.
Too many facilities include products that are terrible for our bodies.
Continue to read below if you want to see the current go-to's! I am still exploring some products/brands, but this is what is working now:
Cosmetic Brands (links attached to brand):

Kat Von D: Shade & Light Contour Palette
NYX: Lip Liner, Lip Lingerie, Eyebrow Liner, Foundation Stick, Blush (NYX is SO affordable, I love it)
LA Girl: Contour Pro Conceal (Toast & Beige)
ColourPop: Lip Liner, Matte Gloss, Eyeliner Gel Pot, Eye Shadow
Red Cherry: Lashes (Duo for glue)
Toms Toothpaste, The Classic Spearment
JASON Toothpaste in Vanilla Mint, Available in Whole Foods
Toms Deodorant for Women
Herban Cowboy Deodorant for Men (I am guilty of borrowing this one from time to time and will probably buy the Herban Cowgirl soon)
Nature's Promise (or Whole Foods Brand) Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, and Hand Wash
365 (Whole Foods Brand) Organic Cotton Ear Swabs
Veeda, Tampons -- hypoallergenic, chemical free, organic
Organic Argan Oil (occasionally coconut oil) for "lotion" and hair products
Face Wash-- I am a HUGE advocate for micellar water. It is absolutely amazing; however, it is extremely difficult to find a good vegan one. Instead, I am currently washing my face with a splash of soup, a few squirts of argon oil, and water. Works like a charm (for now).
Shampoo & Conditioner, DermOrganics with Organic Argan Oil
Razor, Personna Cruelty Free "Halo"
