Kale Pops with Kalette

Hi, I am Kalette.

A lot of people haven't heard of me yet. I am the perfect combination of kale and brussel sprouts. If you are a newbie to my style, check out the recipe below. 

 

Have you ever made kale chips? This is going to be similar to that, seeing as Kalette is in the same family.  

 

We are going to start by gathering 2 (two) cups of Kalette, 1 cup of kale (leaves only!), and 5 garlic cloves (chopped). Place the ingredients in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil -- toss in the bowl until fully covered with oil. Get a large pan and sprawl out ingredients, like so:

 

 

Grind Himalayan Sea Salt over the pops to taste.Place the pan into the oven at 350 degrees. After 22 minutes, you have yourself some beautiful kale pops! Pick up with hands, or eat with a fork. No one is judging ;) 

 

**Note: Wondering about the name? "Kale Pops" is a name that I found on a restaurant menu that offered something similar to this dish. Whether or not its suiting, I think its fun! **
