What the H-ollandaise? Vegan Hollandaise Sauce Recipe with a Boost!

What the H-ollandaise?! 

Hello and Welcome.

Obsessed with Hollandaise? You've come to the right spot.

Here is what you will need for your vegan sauce:

 

5 tablespoons of Earth Balance Vegan Butter

2-3 teaspoons of Cayenne pepper 

1 tablespoon Nutritional Yeast

3-4 oz of tofu

1-2 garlic cloves

Juice of 1/2 - 1 Lemon, dependent on preferred taste

Unsweetened, unflavored almond milk, as needed

*salt and pepper, to taste*

 

To-Do:

Blend together ingredients in food processor.

Pour into a small pot and place on stove-top. 

Heat ingredients on a medium-burner for appx. 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. 

 

Add to all of your favorite meals! Benedict, asparagus, toast, tempeh...you know what you like.
